About
Zoraida Haibi is a Miami-based mixed media artist and visual facilitator who creates custom artwork and live graphic recordings that transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. Her work draws on research-driven themes, particularly in botanical and gastronomy-inspired imagery, to develop layered pieces rich in symbolism, storytelling, and meaning.
With a BFA in Painting and an MA in Art Education, Haibi brings over 30 years of experience as an educator, department chair, and adjunct professor. This foundation informs her ability to listen deeply, synthesize complex concepts, and translate them into clear, engaging visuals tailored to each client’s vision.
Her artistic process blends traditional painting techniques—such as underpainting and block-in methods—with mixed media experimentation, resulting in artwork that is both technically refined and conceptually thoughtful. As a commissioned artist and live graphic recorder for conferences, workshops, and events, Haibi collaborates closely with clients to capture ideas in real time or develop bespoke pieces that resonate long after the experience.
Whether creating a custom painting or visually documenting conversations, her work is rooted in clarity, creativity, and connection.
